To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please follow these simple instructions before sending your files:
What to Send:
• Individual audio tracks/stems (ex: vocals, drums, keys, bass, background vocals)
• All files should be clearly labeled (e.g. LeadVocal.wav, Kick.wav)
• Please bounce/export each stem from the exact same starting point (0:00), even if the track has silence at the beginning
Audio Requirements:
• File Format: WAV or high-quality MP3
• Sample Rate: Preferably 44.1kHz or 48kHz
• Bit Depth: 24-bit (if possible)
How to Send Your Files:
• Use AirGigs, Google Drive, WeTransfer, or Dropbox and send the download link directly
• Make sure sharing permissions are set to “Anyone with the link can view/download”
Include in Your Message:
• Song title & artist name
• Tempo (BPM) and key (if known)
• Reference track (optional but helpful)
